Notary Proforma Format for Map Sanction and Approval Process
Whenever you go to get a map approved from the Regulated Area Authority, Development Authority, or Municipal Corporation, you are required to submit some essential documents.
The first and most important document is the blueprint of the map prepared by a registered engineer or architect.
After that, you need to provide proof of land ownership, which usually includes a xerox copy of the land registry deed (Bainama) and the Khatauni (land record).
Along with these, you are also required to submit a notarized affidavit, which is given by you as the landowner.

(4) That no case is pending in any court of India regarding the said property. If any case is found pending, then I will have no objection if the approved map is rejected.
(5) That the building will be constructed under the supervision of a fully earthquake-proof qualified technical engineer and as per the rules of RBO Act.
(6) That paras 1 to 5 are correct and true to my personal knowledge, nothing has been hidden in it, may God help me further.
